Umingle Banned Me for Sexual Content I Never Shared

I am using the Umingle mobile application in India, and on April 28, 2026, my account was suddenly banned from using both text and video services. The app claims that I used sexual content, but I have never engaged in any such behavior on the platform.

Just before the ban, I was on a video call with another user who asked me to type “m13” or something similar in the chat. As soon as I typed it, my account was instantly banned. I believe this ban was triggered automatically this incident, and it is very unfair since I did not knowingly violate any rules or share inappropriate content.

I have not yet been able to contact customer support, but I am requesting that my account be carefully reviewed and that this ban be removed as soon as possible. I want to continue using Umingle normally, and I ask that this wrongful sexual content violation be cleared from my account record.
