My Umingle Account Got Banned After Typing "M16" in Chat

38

I am writing to appeal a ban that was placed on my Umingle account on June 15, 2026. At approximately 4:50 AM in the UAE, while I was using the application on my iPad, my account was instantly banned immediately after I typed “M16,” which other users on the platform had encouraged me to type. I received no prior warning and no explanation appeared before or after the ban was enforced. I believe this action was unfair, as I was not aware that using this term could violate any platform rules, and I had absolutely no intention of breaking any guidelines. I was simply following what other users suggested in the conversation, without any malicious purpose or awareness that this might trigger a ban. I respectfully request that my situation be reviewed in detail and that my account be reinstated if no serious violation occurred. In addition, I kindly ask for a clear explanation of which specific rule or policy was considered violated in this incident so that I can fully understand it and avoid any similar issues in the future. If possible, I also request that any record of this ban be removed from my account history, as the incident was unintentional and appears to have resulted from a misunderstanding and an automatic enforcement. Thank you for your time and consideration; I look forward to your response and a fair review of my case.
