Umingle Account Banned After Typing Mistake In Chat Message

I use the Umingle application on my Redmi 9 phone and my account was suddenly banned today around 14:00 without any prior warning or explanation. Since that time, I have not been able to access my account and the ban is still continuing. As far as I understand, the ban seems to be based on a misunderstanding. In a message, I intended to write “fight me” but I accidentally wrote something that was apparently interpreted as “f*** me”. This was not my intention, and it was a typing mistake, not an attempt to violate the platform’s rules. I did not receive any clear information about this before my account was banned. I request that my Umingle account be urgently reviewed in light of this explanation, the ban be removed and my account reactivated, and that I be clearly informed about the decision and the reason if there is any issue that still needs clarification.
