Unban Appeal Umingle

I was using Umingle on my PC browser with a free guest account when I was unfairly banned on 07/11/2026 sometime between around 1 pm and 3 pm. The Ban ID displayed on my screen is fc2b8b4f. This situation has genuinely ruined my day because I did not intend to violate any rules and I believe I was tricked by another user. While I was chatting, the person I was talking to told me to type “m16” so that a filter on their camera would work. I trusted what they said and typed “m16” in good faith, without knowing that this would trigger your ban system. Immediately after doing this, my account was banned and now I am IP banned from using the site at all. I had no malicious intent, I was just following what I believed was an innocent instruction related to a camera filter. I am kindly requesting that you review this ban and take into account that I was misled by another user and did not knowingly break any rules. Since I was on a guest account and now my IP is blocked, I cannot even use Umingle anymore despite wanting to follow the rules. Please check Ban ID fc2b8b4f for my case and lift the ban from my IP or otherwise restore my access to Umingle so I can continue to use the platform normally.
