Umingle Banned My Account Without Notice After I Typed F17

I am writing regarding my Umingle web account, which was suddenly banned on 05/31/2026 without any prior warning or explanation. I only realized the ban when I tried to log in and saw that I no longer had access to my account. Before the ban, a stranger told me to type “F17” on the platform. After I did this, my entire IP address was suddenly banned from Umingle, and I can no longer access the platform at all. I did not intend to violate any rules or misuse the platform; I was misled by someone else and did not know that this would cause an IP ban. I have not received any email, notification, or justification from Umingle about the reason for this ban, and I have not yet been able to contact support through any other channel, so I am explaining the situation here. I kindly request that my IP address be unbanned and that my access to Umingle be restored, as I would like to continue using the service normally. I also ask that you review this case in light of the fact that I was tricked by a stranger and had no malicious intent. I would appreciate your help and a response as soon as possible.
