Umingle's Rs 499 Instant Unban Fee Is Unfair

Today I was suddenly banned from Umingle’s text chat, approximately one hour ago. When I tried to log in, I was met with a “You are banned” warning with the ban ID dc52f2ec and the reason stated as “Explicit messages.” Along with this warning, the screen showed an “Instant Unban” option that requires a payment of Rs 499. I find it unacceptable that instead of offering a clear and fair review process, Umingle is asking for money to remove the ban. My request from Umingle is that my account and ban be reviewed, that the ban be removed if there has been a mistake or disproportionate action, that my account be reactivated, and that this “pay to unban” practice on my account be stopped. I expect a clear explanation of the decision and a fair resolution of this situation as soon as possible.
