Umingle Wrongly Banned Me for Being Under 18 Despite Being an Adult
I have been banned from the Umingle web platform today, 15 May 2026, only a few minutes ago, and I believe this was done in error. The ban information shown to me is: Ban ID: 0ce5f*** and the stated reason is “under 18.” I am over 18 years old, so this reason does not reflect my real situation. Just before the ban, a Malaysian user asked me to type “m15.” I did not know this was against the rules and had no intention of breaking any community guidelines. I kindly request that my ban be removed and my account access restored, as I am above the age limit and did not knowingly violate any rules. I have already emailed [email protected] about this issue, and I am submitting this complaint as an additional attempt to resolve the situation. I am ready to provide any necessary age verification or additional information you may require to review this ban and correct the mistake.
