Umingle Wrongfully Banned My Account and Demanded Payment to Unban It

I have been banned on the Umingle website with the reason shown as “Gender Searching,” even though I did not do any gender searching. This situation happened right now while I was using the site, and when I tried to access my account I saw a “You are banned” message on the screen. On the same screen, Umingle is asking me to pay 149 Philippine Pesos to remove the ban. I find it unfair and unacceptable to be banned for something I did not do and then be asked to pay in order to regain access to my account. I request that my ban be removed immediately without any payment and that my account be fully restored, as I believe this ban has been applied in error.
