Umingle Account Ban Appeal
My Umingle account has suddenly been banned and when I tried to log in today I was met with a “You are banned” screen. The ban shows Ban ID: fdba1a92 and the stated reason is “Gender Searching”. I believe this ban is a misunderstanding and that I did not intentionally violate your rules in a way that would justify a permanent ban. On the same screen it is stated that the ban can be lifted immediately in return for a payment of 149 Philippine Pesos, which makes the situation feel even more unfair, as I am being asked to pay just to regain access to my account. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the ban for “Gender Searching” be re‑evaluated, and that my Umingle account be reactivated as soon as possible if no serious violation is found. I would like to continue using your service and I am ready to comply with your community guidelines, but I do not find this ban and the payment request fair.
