Umingle Wrongful Under 18 Ban – Unban Without Fee

I am writing about a problem with my Umingle account on the BEW platform, which was banned on 18 July 2026. When I try to access my account, I see a screen that says “You are banned”, shows “Ban ID: 542f9bcb” and “Reason: Under 18”, and offers an “Instant Unban” option for a payment of Rp19,999. I do not accept being forced to pay Rp19,999 just to remove this ban, especially with the given reason. I want my account to be unbanned and my access restored without any payment being requested from me.
