Umingle Website Account Banned - Request for Account Reactivation

I am writing regarding an access problem I am currently experiencing on the Umingle website. My account has been banned while I was using the site, and I believe this was done in error. When I try to access the website now, I see that my account is banned and I can no longer use the service. I have not made any payments, purchases, or subscriptions linked to this account. Possible reasons for the ban might be that I was falsely flagged as being under 18, or that I was banned for simply typing a trap command such as “M16” which should not in itself justify a permanent ban. I have not yet contacted Umingle support about this issue and have not received any explanation or justification for the ban. I would like my situation to be reviewed, the reason for the ban to be checked, and my account to be unbanned so that I can use the website again. I kindly request that my account be reactivated as soon as possible and that any mistaken flag on my account be removed.
