Umingle Banned My Account After I Typed “M 16” As a Joke

I am writing regarding the sudden ban placed on my Umingle account on May 11, 2026.

My account was banned immediately after I wrote “M 16” in the comment section because another user told me to type it. At the time, I had no idea that this phrase was being used to trigger account bans or cause moderation issues. I did not intend to violate any rules, mislead the platform, or falsely represent myself.

I also want to clearly state that I am not underage. I am 24 years old, and the comment I typed does not reflect my real age or any attempt to bypass age restrictions or platform rules.

Because of this misunderstanding, I lost access to my Umingle account and can no longer use the service.

Using the same email address connected to my Umingle account, I contacted your support team at con****@umingle.com to explain the situation and clarify that I had no harmful intent. However, so far I have not received any response or assistance regarding my appeal.

I kindly request that Umingle carefully review this ban, take into consideration that I am 24 years old and that I typed “M 16” without understanding that it could lead to a suspension, and restore my account so I can continue using the platform normally.

I would also appreciate a clear explanation regarding the exact reason for the ban and confirmation once my account has been reactivated.
