Umingle Talk Place Ban After Writing “Stand Up” In Chat

I am writing regarding an unfair ban I received on Umingle Talk Place. A user in the chat told me to write the phrase “stand up” in the chat, and when I did so, I was immediately banned and asked to pay 50 DKK to get unbanned. I did not receive any clear explanation of what rule I supposedly broke, and I feel I was tricked into sending that message. This ban happened just now, and I have been unable to use Umingle Talk Place since then. The only information I have been shown is the Ban ID: 7b2bbd5a, along with the demand for a 50 DKK payment to remove the ban. I believe this is an unfair situation, especially since I only followed another user’s suggestion without any bad intention. I kindly request that my account be unbanned without any payment obligation and that this ban under Ban ID: 7b2bbd5a be reviewed and removed. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this ban was applied so that I can avoid any similar issues in the future.
