Umingle Account Banned After Typing C17

I was recently banned from Umingle even though I did not knowingly violate any rules, and I would like this situation to be reviewed. I was on camera with another user and we were just talking when he told me by voice to type “c17.” I did not know what this meant or that it could cause any problem, and as soon as I typed it, my account was suddenly banned. This ban happened about 30 minutes ago, and I had no warning or explanation on the platform other than the ban itself. I feel I was tricked into doing something that triggered an automatic ban, and I do not think it is fair that I am punished because another user took advantage of me not knowing what “c17” meant. I kindly request that my account be unbanned and that you investigate the user who told me to type this. I am ready to follow all community guidelines, and I ask that my access be restored and that this incident not be held against me in the future.
