I Face Umingle Wrongful Ban After Normal Chat Conversation

I was using the chat feature on Umingle on 3 May around 22:00 when I was suddenly and, in my opinion, unfairly banned. I had just come from another chat where we had been talking about visiting a flower garden in Holland. In the new chat, I wrote something like “let's do it.” The other person replied “no,” and shortly after that, I was banned without any warning or clear reason. I did not use any offensive language or break any rules that I am aware of, which makes this situation feel very unfair and automated. I request that my ban be reviewed and removed, because I believe the moderation or bot system has made a mistake in my case. I also expect Umingle to improve its moderation system so that normal and harmless conversations are not punished like this. If this is not corrected, I am considering sharing my experience on social media, as this situation seriously damages my trust in the platform.
