Umingle Live Stream Ban Appeal and Request for Free Unblocking

I have a live stream account on Umingle and my account was suddenly banned today. When I tried to log in, I saw a message saying “You are banned” and the reason was shown as “Disruptive Behavior” together with a payment form asking for 99 rupees to remove the ban. I do not agree with this ban decision and I believe there has been a mistake, because I did not engage in any disruptive or harmful behavior during my live streams. I also find it very worrying that I am required to pay money in order to remove a ban that I consider unfair. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the ban be lifted, and that access to my Umingle live stream account be fully restored without any payment requirement. I would like to be informed in writing about the concrete reason and evidence, if Umingle insists on keeping the ban in place.
