Umingle Account Banned for Disruptive Behavior

For about two weeks I had been using Umingle when my account was suddenly banned. When I now try to access my account, I see a message saying that I am banned for “Disruptive Behavior” and that I can pay $9.99 to get unbanned. I do not understand this ban, because as far as I know I did not violate any rules or behave in a disruptive way. I was using the platform normally and was not warned beforehand. I request that my account be reviewed and that the ban be lifted without any payment, or that I be clearly informed what concrete action allegedly violated your rules. I would like to continue using Umingle, but I find it unfair to be banned and then asked to pay to remove the ban when I believe I did nothing wrong.
