Umingle Account Banned for Disruptive Behavior and Asked to Pay

I have been using the Umingle website for about one month and around one week ago my account was suddenly banned. On the screen it says that I am banned for “Disruptive Behavior”, but I have not engaged in any behavior that I believe would justify such a sanction. The only option I am shown is an “Instant Unban” for 5.99 Euro, which looks like I have to pay to regain access to my account. I find it unfair and unacceptable to be banned without a clear explanation and then be asked to pay in order to remove the ban. I kindly request that my Umingle account be unbanned without any payment requirement and that a clear explanation be provided, if there is any specific reason for this ban. I want to be able to continue using the site as before.
