Umingle “Disruptive Behavior” Issue

I have been using my Umingle’s account without any issues and without disrupting or disturbing anyone. When I logged in today, I suddenly saw that my account was banned. Until my last use everything was working normally and I did not receive any prior warning or notice about a problem. On the screen it states that the reason is “Disruptive Behavior” and it even offers to remove the ban for a payment of $9.99. I strongly reject this accusation, as I did not violate any rules or behave in a harmful way, and I find it unacceptable that I am asked to pay money in order to regain access to my account. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, that the unjust ban be lifted without any payment, and that I be clearly informed about which concrete action allegedly violated the rules. I expect my access to be restored as soon as possible.
