Umingle Lift Ban

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was permanently banned today. The ban appears to be related to my use of “M” and “F” in the gender finding section of the website. I genuinely did not know that using these letters in that context was considered illegal or against the rules of the platform. The ban code of my account is: e2dd2551. I believe I have not violated any rules intentionally and I consider myself innocent in this situation. I was not given a clear prior warning or explanation about this specific rule, and the permanent ban feels disproportionate for an unintentional mistake. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the permanent ban be lifted. If necessary, I am willing to comply with any corrected usage or updated rules going forward, but I ask that my access to the platform be restored instead of a permanent block.
