uMingle iOS Account Banned After Misunderstanding in Chat

I am an active uMingle iOS user, and my account associated with the email address “jimmyp***[email protected]” was banned today, July 8, 2026. The ban has been in place for only a few hours, and I was very surprised to see that my access was suddenly blocked. Another user on the platform tricked me into typing the word “m16” in the chat. At the time, I had no idea about the meaning or context of this word and no malicious intention whatsoever. I did not use it to threaten, insult, harass, or target anyone, and I was not trying to violate any community rules. As soon as I realized that this had serious consequences, my account was already banned. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, taking into account that I was misled by another user and that there was no deliberate harmful behavior on my part. My main expectation is that the ban on my account be lifted and my access fully restored, with all my data preserved. Given the circumstances, I believe that, at most, a warning would be a much more fair and appropriate measure instead of a permanent or long-term ban. I ask you to please reconsider this decision and help me regain access to my uMingle account so that I can continue using the platform in line with your rules and guidelines.
