Umingle Account Banned After Following Scammer’s Chat Instruction

I am writing regarding my Umingle account associated with the email address galan***@gmail.com, which was banned on May 29, 2026. This was my very first time using Umingle, and I was unfamiliar with the platform’s rules and features. While using the app, I was contacted by someone who appears to have been a scammer. They instructed me to type “m15” in the chat, and as a new user who did not understand what this meant, I followed their instruction. Shortly after doing this, my account was banned. I believe I was misled and that this situation occurred because I was tricked, not because I intentionally tried to break any rules. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reviewed and unbanned, taking into consideration that I am a first-time user and was scammed into sending that message. I would like the opportunity to use Umingle properly and am fully willing to follow all community guidelines going forward.
