Umingle ID Ban Requires Paid Unban — Requesting Free Review
I am writing to request a manual review of my Umingle account, which appears to have received an ID ban (ban ID: b1f3e4fd) while I was using the website without being logged in. Since 9 July 2026 I have been unable to use the platform on any of my devices, and the system is now prompting me to pay 79.99 EGP for a “paid unban”. I am accessing Umingle from Egypt and I was only using the service to chat with people. I believe this restriction is a false positive caused by an automated system error or a misunderstanding based on text during a chat session. I have never intentionally violated Umingle’s rules and I am very careful to follow community guidelines, so this sudden ban has been both surprising and upsetting. I also tried to reach Umingle support for help, but I was not able to get any response, which has left me with no option other than to submit this complaint. I kindly request that you remove this ban without requiring any payment and restore my access to the Umingle website on all my devices. In addition, I would like a clear explanation of the specific reason for this ban so that I can understand what happened and make sure I avoid any similar issue in the future.
