Umingle Hate Speech Ban Applied To Clarifying Question Only

I was recently banned from Umingle for “hate speech” even though I did not intend to violate any rules. A few hours ago, I was in chat and I wrote a message with a question mark, asking another user if they had said a particular phrase, because I had heard them say it and wanted to clarify. I was not using the phrase to insult anyone or promote hate; I was only repeating what I thought I heard, in the form of a question to confirm what they had said. I was not using a registered account at that moment, but when I later signed in with my email address, which is now linked to my Umingle account (stea***[email protected]), I discovered that this account is banned and appears to be permanently blocked. I did not receive any detailed explanation beyond the “hate speech” label, and I believe this is a misunderstanding of the context of my message. I kindly request that you review the chat logs from today and check the context in which my message was sent. I am asking you to remove this ban from my account, as my intention was to ask a clarifying question, not to use hate speech or break community guidelines. If needed, I am also willing to receive a warning and clearer guidance on how to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future.
