Umingle Gender Searching Ban by Mistake – Request Free Account Restoration

On 13 July 2026, my Umingle account was banned with Ban ID 12e80faf for the reason stated as “Gender Searching.” Since the ban, I have not been able to access my account at all. My account is registered with the email address safira****@gmail.com and I use Umingle from Indonesia. During the conversation that led to this ban, I only exchanged basic greetings such as “Hi” and “How are you?” and asked the other person about their gender. I did not have any intention to violate Umingle’s Community Guidelines or to misuse the platform, and I believe this may be an automated decision and a false positive. I kindly request that you carefully review my case, examine the full chat history and its context, and remove the ban if no actual violation is found. I also respectfully ask that my account be restored without requiring any payment for unbanning, and that you provide a clear explanation of which specific rule you believe I violated.
