Umingle Gender Search Ban - Request to Restore Account

I am writing to request a review of the ban placed on my Umingle account registered with the email address aloray***@gmail.com. My account was banned today and I was very surprised, as I genuinely enjoy using your platform and I try to follow the rules. I believe the ban may be related to gender searching. If this is against the guidelines, I sincerely apologize, as I did not intend to violate any rules or cause any problems on the platform. I do not have the means to pay for any penalties or new accounts, and I simply want to be able to continue using Umingle to meet people and have conversations. I kindly ask you to review my case and, if possible, lift the ban on my account or give me another chance with a warning instead. I am willing to review the community guidelines carefully and I will be more careful in the future to fully comply with your rules.
