On May 24, I received a message stating that my account was “banned for searching by gender.” This is my first time using Umingle, and I genuinely did not know that searching by gender was against the rules. I was simply exploring the site and even asked other users because I was not familiar with how it works. I have never made any payments or purchases on the platform, and I had no intention of violating any rules or causing any problems. I am truly sorry for this mistake and for not knowing the rule. I assure you that I will carefully read and follow all platform rules from now on and that I will not repeat this behavior. Since I am a new user and the ban happened because I was unaware of this rule, I kindly request that you remove the ban on my account and allow me to continue using Umingle.
