Umingle Free Account Wrongfully Banned While Streaming Games

I am writing regarding a wrongful ban that was applied to my Umingle Free account two days ago in the USA. My account was suddenly banned while I was using the platform, and I have not been given a clear or valid reason for this action. At the time of the ban, I was streaming videogames. I did not engage in any behavior that I believe would violate your rules or community guidelines, and I am not aware of any specific issue that would justify banning my account. I have already contacted Umingle support about this situation, but I still do not have a proper explanation or a solution. This is very frustrating, as I relied on the service and I feel that my account has been restricted without cause. My main request is that my account be unbanned as soon as possible and that I receive a clear and detailed explanation of why this ban was applied in the first place.
