Wrongfully Banned on Umingle and Unable to Access My Account

I am writing regarding an unjust ban that I have just received on the Umingle website. A short time ago my account was suddenly banned without any warning, explanation or indication that I had violated any rules. I am certain that I did nothing wrong and used the platform within normal and respectful limits. I request that my account be urgently reviewed and that this ban be lifted as soon as possible, as I believe it was imposed in error. I also expect a clear explanation of what supposedly led to this ban so that I can understand the situation and prevent any similar misunderstanding in the future.
