I have been using Umingle through Safari for a few days without creating a registered account, and today I suddenly received a message saying that I am banned for being underage. I am 26 years old and I have never created an account or entered a birth date on Umingle, so I do not understand why I was blocked. I only access Umingle via Safari, and while browsing the site as usual I was unexpectedly shown a ban message stating that I am underage. I did not receive any prior warning, explanation, or email about this ban, and I could not find any clear way to contact support directly from the platform. As an adult user, I request that my situation be reviewed and that an age re‑verification process be provided for me, so that the ban can be removed if it was applied in error. I ask Umingle to contact me, explain the reason for this ban, and offer a way to verify my age so that I can continue to use the service.
