I Was Banned by Umingle for Being Under 18 by Mistake

I use Umingle regularly on my Windows PC, usually through Google Chrome or Safari, and I recently discovered that my account was banned with the Ban ID 1030f360 for the reason “Under 18”. This is incorrect, because I am over 18 years old and fully meet the age requirement to use the platform. I did not receive any prior warning or clear notification about this ban; I only realized there was an issue on 20 June 2026 when I tried to use the site and was shocked to see that I was banned. I normally access Umingle without using an email or other linked account, so I have limited ways to verify my profile within the system. However, I am fully prepared to prove that I am over 18 if you provide a way to submit the necessary information. My main request is that my account ban with Ban ID 1030f360 be removed as soon as possible so that I can continue using Umingle without interruption. In addition, I kindly ask that you review your age verification process in my case, because this suspension appears to have been applied in error and has caused me an unjust restriction on my access to the service. I expect my account to be reactivated after a quick review of my age information.
