Umingle Demands ₹99 Fee to Unban Now-Adult Account

My Umingle account linked to the email address armaanafri***@gmail.com was banned with the reason shown as “Under 18.” At the time of the ban I was underage, but I am now 25 years old, born on 22 March 2001, and therefore meet the age requirement to use the platform. When I try to log in, I only see a “You are banned” message and an “Instant Unban” option that asks me to pay 99 Rupees. I do not think it is fair that I have to pay money to regain access now that I am clearly over 18 and eligible to use your service. I kindly request that my ban be removed without any payment requirement and that my Umingle account be fully reopened so that I can continue using the platform as a regular user. I am ready to provide proof of my age if needed and would appreciate a clear confirmation once my account is reactivated.
