Umingle Chat Blocked After Typing "Gender" – Unfair Payment Demand

On July 5, 2026, while using the Umingle web chat section, I typed the word “gender” without knowing that it was not allowed. After this, I was asked to pay IDR 19,000 so that the website could be opened again and to avoid the risk of being banned. I did not make this payment because my mistake was very brief and I did not receive any clear explanation about why I had to pay. I have not contacted any other Umingle support channel about this yet and I am submitting this complaint so that my situation can be reviewed fairly. I kindly request that the payment request of IDR 19,000 be cancelled and that my account be confirmed as safe and fully accessible again, without any ban or restriction, considering that I made this mistake without knowing the rule.
