Reconsideration Of Being Banned in Umingle

Today, June 25 at around 3:46 pm Philippine time, I was using the chat feature on the Umingle website for the first time when my account was suddenly banned. In the chat, I accidentally asked what gender the other person should be and simply sent the word “Male,” after which I immediately received the ban. I understand that this may have violated your rules, and I accept that it was my mistake. However, this was my first time using the platform and I did not intend to cause any harm or discomfort to anyone. I kindly request that you review the ban decision on my account and give me a second chance. I promise that I will not repeat this behavior and will strictly follow your community guidelines from now on. I would be grateful if you could reconsider the ban and inform me of the outcome of your review.
