Umingle Blocked Me After Another User Told Me to Type M13

I am writing about a problem I experienced today on the Umingle platform. I am 29 years old and, about five hours ago, I was tricked by a person on Umingle who told me to write “M13”. As soon as I did that, I was blocked from the platform. I did not send money or share my personal information, I only followed what this person told me to write, and immediately my access was restricted. I do not use a registered account with a username, email, or phone number, but I was clearly blocked right after this incident without having done anything wrong or harmful. I have not yet been able to contact Umingle support by any other channel. I kindly request that my block on Umingle be removed and that my access to the platform be restored, and that the account of the person who tricked me be checked and investigated so that similar situations do not happen to other users.
