My Umingle Account Was Wrongfully Banned After Typing “M15” in Chat
Ban code - 1fe9ab57 I am writing regarding the Umingle website, where my account was banned about 1 hour and 30 minutes ago on the grounds that I am allegedly underage. This decision is clearly incorrect, as I am 21 years old and not a minor. I did not receive any prior warning about my age before this ban, and I had not made any changes to my profile or account information shortly before the ban occurred. The only unusual thing that happened before the ban was that another user on the platform tricked me into typing “M15” as part of what he described as a magic trick, and shortly after that, my account was banned for being underage. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue on Umingle, and I find it unfair that my account was restricted without a proper review of my actual age. I kindly request that my account be unbanned and my access to the Umingle website be restored as soon as possible, and that my age information be reviewed correctly so that this does not happen again.
