Umingle Blocked My Account After “M15” Message Despite Being 18

I am writing regarding the sudden blocking of my Umingle account on 14 May 2026. My account was immediately blocked after I typed “M15” in the comment section because another user told me to type it. At that time, I did not know that this phrase is used to trigger account blocking or cause moderation issues, and I had no intention of violating any rules, misleading the platform, or providing false information about myself. I would also like to state clearly that I am not underage. I am 18 years old, and the comment I entered does not reflect my actual age or any attempt to bypass age restrictions or platform rules. Because of this misunderstanding, I lost access to my Umingle account and can no longer use the service. Using the same email address linked to my Umingle account, I contacted your support team at con****@umingle.com to explain the situation and clarify that I had no malicious intent. However, I have not received any response or assistance regarding my appeal. The ban on my account is associated with the following ID: 1a016***. I respectfully request that Umingle carefully review this blocking decision, taking into account that I am 18 years old and that I typed “M15” without understanding that it could result in suspension, and restore my account so that I can continue using the platform normally.
