Umingle Blocked My Account After a Prank Made Me Appear Underage

I am writing to report that my Umingle web account has been blocked because I was mistakenly considered to be under 18 years old. This blocking occurred around 30 May, approximately three weeks ago. The situation started after someone played a prank on me and told me to type “m15”, and immediately after that my access to Umingle was blocked. My Umingle web account ID is 08f9a48f. I did not register using an email address or phone number; I only used the web version, and now I cannot access my account at all. I have not contacted Umingle support before this complaint. I kindly request that my Umingle web account be reviewed and that the block be removed, because I am not under 18 and my account was blocked as a result of a prank. I would like my access to Umingle to be restored as soon as possible.
