Ban Appeal For Umingle

I have been using the Umingle web app for about a year, and my account was suddenly banned 5 days ago without any explanation. I am not aware of breaking any rules or terms, and I did not receive any clear reason for the ban. After my account was banned, I paid £6 through Apple Pay for an “unban” option, but my account is still banned and the payment had no effect. This situation makes me feel unfairly treated, as I both lost access to my account and paid extra money for a service that did not work. I have not been able to find a clear way to contact Umingle support about this issue, so I am explaining my situation here. I kindly request that my Umingle account be unbanned and fully restored, and that the £6 I paid via Apple Pay for the unban be refunded. I also ask for a clear explanation of why my account was banned in the first place.
