Umingle Banned My Account Without a Fair Review

I have been using Umingle and a few days ago my account was suddenly banned while I was only texting other users. I did not knowingly violate any rules and I was not informed in advance that my behaviour could lead to a ban. When I try to log in, I see a “You are banned” message with a Ban ID and a note saying the reason is “Explicit messages”. On the same screen there is also an option asking me to pay 99 ₹ for “Instant Unban”. I find it unfair and worrying that my account was banned without a clear explanation or review of my side, and that the only visible solution seems to be paying a fee. I request that my ban be reviewed in detail, that I am informed clearly about which messages or actions allegedly violated the rules, and that my Umingle account is reactivated without requiring any payment if there has been a misunderstanding or an incorrect decision.
