Umingle Banned My Account for Inappropriate Content Without Warning

I am writing regarding the sudden ban of my account on the Umingle web platform on May 27. While I was chatting with another user, my account was immediately banned for “inappropriate content” and I was logged out without any prior warning or detailed explanation. I do not know exactly which message or action led to this decision and I have not been given a clear justification. This sudden ban has caused me serious discomfort, as I was using the platform in good faith and would have corrected any content if I had been warned. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the ban be lifted. If Umingle believes there was a specific violation, I also ask for a clear explanation of what it was, so that I can avoid any similar situation in the future.
