Umingle Suspended My Account Over Non Offensive Chat Messages

I am writing regarding my Umingle web platform account, which was banned this morning for what appears to be an “inappropriate chat.” In the conversation that seems to have triggered this, I only shared my Spotify handle with another user, and there was nothing sexual, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate in my messages. I therefore believe this ban is a mistake. After noticing that I could no longer access my account, I contacted Umingle support, but I have not received any response so far. Not getting any explanation or feedback has made this situation even more frustrating, as I still do not know exactly what message was flagged or why. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and reactivated as soon as possible, as I have not violated the platform rules to my knowledge. I would also like a clear explanation of which chat was considered inappropriate and on what basis this decision was made, so that I can avoid any similar misunderstanding in the future.
