Umingle Banned My Account for "Explicit Messages" — I Never Shared Anything Inappropriate

My Umingle account, which I use through the website, was suddenly banned on June 30, 2026, with the explanation that there were explicit messages. I don't know who reported me or the exact reason my account was banned. I've never shared nudity or any obscene content, and I always try to communicate respectfully with people from all around the world. Because of this ban, I can no longer use the platform that was really helping me connect and talk with others internationally. This is my first attempt to reach out about this issue. I kindly request that my account, associated with the email xasanboytillaboye***@gmail.com, be reviewed in detail and that the ban be removed, since I believe there's been a mistake. If you still believe there was a violation, I'd at least like a clear, detailed explanation of what exactly I allegedly did wrong, so I can understand and avoid similar issues in the future.
