Umingle Banned Me for Explicit Messages I Never Sent

On June 11, 2026, my access to the Umingle website was suddenly banned and my account has been inaccessible since then. When I tried to log in, I received a message stating that I was banned due to “explicit messages”. I have never sent explicit or adult content on Umingle. The only thing even remotely close was when I wrote “guess what” and then “chicken butt” which is clearly not explicit content. I believe this ban is a misunderstanding or an error in your moderation system. As far as I know, my account is associated with my connection and may be identifiable by my IP address, since I do not use a separate email or username on the platform. I kindly request that my ban be removed as soon as possible and that my account access be restored. I also ask that my messages and activity be reviewed in detail so it can be clearly seen that I have not shared explicit content. I expect this unfair ban to be lifted and my access to Umingle to be reinstated.
