I am an 18‑year‑old user of Umingle and my account on Umingle has been banned due to an age‑related reason, even though I meet the age requirement. The site indicates that I could buy an unban, but I do not want to purchase anything; I simply want to be able to use the site freely as a regular user. This ban prevents me from accessing and using my account, and I have no clear information about why I was banned in the first place, especially since I am 18 years old and should meet the minimum age requirement. I have not yet contacted support, so I have not received any explanation from Umingle. I kindly request that my age information be checked, that my account be reviewed in detail, and that the ban on my account be removed so that I can use Umingle normally and without restrictions.
