Umingle Wrongful Accusation, Unban Me

I have been using the Umingle platform from the USA, and my account was recently banned on the grounds that I am under 18, even though I am already 18 years old. I turned 18 about three months ago, yet I suddenly received a ban notice earlier stating that I am underage and cannot use the platform. This situation is unfair because I meet the age requirement, and I would like my account to be reviewed accordingly. I kindly request that Umingle remove this ban and reactivate my account, or otherwise adjust the age restriction on my profile so that I can continue to use the platform in line with your terms. I am ready to verify my age through any official document or verification method you require.
