Umingle Banned My Account After I Was Tricked Into Sending “m15”

I am using Umingle through the website on Safari on my phone in the Philippines, and my account linked to the email address ricoabia***@gmail.com was banned today, May 9, 2026. I am writing to appeal this ban and explain the situation that led to it.

Earlier today, I was tricked by another user on the platform into typing and sending the message “m15” in the chat. I did not understand that sending this message could trigger an automatic ban or be interpreted as a violation of the platform’s policies. At the time, I had not read the rules or privacy policy explaining this issue, and I had absolutely no intention of violating any community guidelines or using Umingle in an inappropriate way.

This situation happened only because I was misled by another person during the conversation, and this is the first and only time I have experienced such a problem on Umingle. I genuinely use the platform only to socialize and communicate with other people normally.

I kindly request that the Umingle team carefully review my case and reconsider the ban placed on my account. I promise to be much more careful in the future, to avoid repeating this mistake, and to fully follow all platform rules and policies from now on. I would truly appreciate having my access restored or at least being given a second chance after a proper review of this misunderstanding.
