Umingle Account Disabled After Typing Code M17

I was using a normal user account on the Umingle mobile app for about one day when another user in the app told me to type “M17.” I was not aware that this could cause any issue, so I followed the instruction without any bad intention. Shortly after typing this, my account was suddenly banned.

My account has now been banned for three days, and I believe this action was triggered solely because I followed what that stranger told me to type, without knowing it could violate any rules. I did not receive any clear warning or explanation before the ban.

I kindly request that my Umingle account be reviewed and reconsidered. I would like my account to be unbanned so I can continue using the app. I assure you that I will be more careful in the future and will fully comply with all platform rules and guidelines.
