Umingle Banned My Account After I Sent a Single Letter

I am using the Umingle application on my Samsung A55, and my account was suddenly banned today. Just before the ban, I only wrote the letter “F” and immediately afterward I lost access to my account. I did not receive a clear explanation or detailed warning about the reason for this ban. I have also not been able to reach support yet regarding this situation. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reviewed as soon as possible and that the ban be lifted if there has been a mistake. I would also like to be informed clearly about the reason for this ban decision.
