Umingle Banned Me for Typing Something – Request Free Account Reactivation

On 13 July 2026 my Umingle profile was suddenly banned. In the chat I had written the message “f13” because another user had explicitly told me to write “f13”, and shortly after that my account was blocked. Now, when I try to access my profile, I see a warning saying that I have been banned as a “minor” and that I can only unlock the account immediately by paying €4.99. I cannot even open the support section to contact assistance and explain the situation. I consider this ban and the request for payment to unlock the profile unfair, because I was banned only for having written “f13” as suggested by another user and I am not able to defend myself or explain my side to support. I kindly ask you to review this ban, remove the block on my profile without any payment and allow me to access my account normally again, or at least to provide a clear explanation and a way to contact support.
